4 link software
Does anyone have any recommendations as to what 4 link program is good. I was looking at one from tim mcamis chassis, but there are so many other ones out there I'm not sure which one is better. Any ideas?

Dave Koehler's Nitrous Master software is a tool I've grown to find very handy. Dave's a forum member and stops by from time to time, highly recommended - http://www.koehlerinjection.com/Koehler/NMsoftware/nitrous_master.htm Make that X's 3. It's a very useful tool for any nitrous guy, starting out...

Sounds like you might need a looser convertor than more juice. But I have seen quite a few cars that ran faster with more of an initial shot of the line than they did with a two stage. Put the jets in and try it. By the way have you checked out the MRA website.(mud racers assosiation) sign up if you...

If anything I'd run it as a two stage. Two plates, four solenoids(2 Nitrous,2 Fuel). Thats alot of nitrous to pump in at one shot (480 hp) on a nitrous mud car (I run mud too.) Unless you have plenty of traction. Most of us don't though, so I would delay the second stage to about about 50 ft out of ...

First off, Top gun, oooofffff.... well, I'm not a fan of them. Could be the plate causing your distribution problems. Seen it before. Second, Most top nitrous guys have a reservation about flowing anything bigger than set of four .037 jets thru those NOS solenoids. They say that they start to act as...

The best thing to do is to talk to the guys who make them. I deal mainly with Pat @ Ross pistons. Great guy, he can help you. But, most pistons are designed to handle a certain amount of nitrous, providing that your tune up is good. Ross makes there stocking pistons to handle 250-300 hp of nitrous wi...

I have seen some of msd's stuff, mainly anything that has some form of digital retard (digital 7 or ditgital multi step retard) has problems with a top end miss or popping. I personally had a problem with a multi step digital retard that missed and popped on or off nitrous. Started immediately after...

Well in that case, from the information that you gave this time, I would have to agree that valve springs are a strong possibility. They can cause some strange problems.Hope you find the problem. HHMMM,You may want to consider a new cam that would enhance your new nitrous kit (seeing how you have to...

I don't think that valve springs are your problem because all this started after the mods that you made. If I was to take an educated guess sounds like the nitrous tune up is off or there is something not setup right with the nitrous controller. If your carb is jetted correctly, which from the sound...

I'm in the pinion angle by itself doesn't affect bite camp, it's only an issue about getting the driveline at the most efficient angle under power. I'm going to keep on believing that till someone proves different to me haha. . I agree with you on this point. I think the concept of pinion angle has...
