Re: flow testing
Sorry to chime in so late, but thanks for the props John. While this wasn't my original intention for making the timer, it is excellent for just this purpose. My original intention was to make it easy to set fuel pressure by myself at the track, but I have done just what you are talking with it as w...

Re: retard trubble
It is always a good idea to use one with nitrous and if you did it would solve your problem. Put the FPSS on the coil side of the relay and then put the retard wire on the solenoid hot wire like you had it before.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Just thought I'd post an update. I made a couple of changes to the nitrous/transbrake module and took some pics. I got rid of the green connector and the switch for selecting the lockout/no lockout feature of the the nitrous. They have been replaced by studs and a jumper instead of the switch. I did...

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Yes, the nitrous-transbrake module is basically a relay board with two relays. That is why it has a switch to turn the lock out feature on or off. As long as what you what to run off it requires less than 70 or 25 amps than you can use it for anything. Keep in mind the nitrous side is ground activat...

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
I may eventually do switch panels but that would be a long ways down the road. I'm in the same boat as you, I wired my car before but I really need to go through it again since I've added and changed so much stuff over the years.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Thanks, I'm glad you like it. As I said before I won't use a socket for a 70 amp relay because I haven't seen any I like for that high of a current. Even most of the "relay failures" I've seen with 40 amp relays have been the socket and not the relay and then you're in the same boat. I've ...

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Thanks for the compliments guys, glad you're happy with the products. I'm curious as to what you gouys are using the N/C side of the relays for though? I haven't needed to use one that way so I'm just wondering...

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Well, the nitrous side isn't an issue. I purposely made it so you ground the nitrous side so it will work with window switches. Just make sure the window switch is the last thing in series with the nitrous activation line. The drawing shows it this way. As far as the transbrake, I'm assuming you hav...

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
I've got some ideas along those lines, but it will be a while just because of time and money constraints.
