what is the correct way to install/set up the slider ? should the spring eye be centered in the slider when the car is at ride hight & weight ?

as far as the front goes, i have tubular upper & lower control arms w/heim ends instesd of bushings, also have the qa1 front coil over set up

putting a 9" rear under my 82 s-10, have caltrac mono springs and bars. are the leaf spring sliders the way to go? also should i switch to a adjustable shock mount on the rear or keep them on the spring perch ?
