Kevin; Right, my best 60' was saturday afternoon. That wind on sunday kinda sucked. I want to attend the PSCA events this year. Which car are you running? In what class? PSCA? I ordered some 28" X 13.50 (11" tread) M/T ET streets, I'll try them with the slide-a-links and some different sho...

I'll be giving him a call soon. The vidio taken this last weekend, is from a distance. It's what shows the tire shake, small ...

Thanks guys. The way John explains, it makes perfect sense.
So I ordered the brake kit today, I'll use the stock spindles. UPS will probably show up fri. but thats not enough time to install them for this weekends race. Thats OK, I wanted to try out some other changes first anyway.

Sorry, I should have explained. I'm not tring to lower the car, actually its been raised about 1/2" since that pic was taken. With the adjustable coil overs and drop spindes, I could change front end geometry. It would create more suspension travel, but is that a good thing for a drag car? And ...

Great site!! My name is Bill. I have a very supportive, wonderful wife of 31 years. Our only child [a girl] is now 25. I'm 52 and deep in a midlife crisis. I did some bracket racing back in the 70's, untill last year haven't even visited a drag strip. I want to run my centrifugal supercharged, SBC, ...

Drop spindles

Hi; my name is Bill, great site! I'm thinking about changing my front disc brakes, to a the Wilwood dynalite drag brake kit. A buddy will buy all my old stuff, including the spindles. So here's the question, do drop spindles help or hurt at launch? It's a 68 Camaro, Procharged SBC, G-force 5 speed, ...
