Re: drag slick life expectancy??

I have noticed that with my mid-high 9 second combo, 3200lbs on a 28x10.5w tire after 40 +/- runs 60's go from 1.32 to 1.36 or so and after 80 runs it goes to the mid 1.4's. There is still a lot of tread left, but the side walls are shot. SEE JOHN!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE DOING THIS MANY PASSES ON ...

Re: yella terra shaft rockers

I put a set on my dads 385 SBC and it made 641hp on the motor only. We have not had any problems and they seem to be of really nice quality.

hope this helps

Re: Pumping Brakes

My strange brakes did the same thing. It took forever to get all the air out.

I had to pump them up real good and then crack open the line AT the MASTER cylinder. After i did that a couple times they WERE GOOD TO GO!!

Re: HVH SUPERSUCKER, is it worth it?

ur in luck, I just took my motor to the dyno last week and i borrowed one of the 1" hvh spacers and it did Not make more peak HP. It did help the average HP by 5hp or so and gave me about 8 foot pounds of torque... Every motor is different, but i sure didnt see 47hp on my combo. So in my case, ...
