what is the point of adjustable pushrods? is it mainly used on shaft mount since no adjustments can be made?

dont know exactly what cam yet but hydraulic roller forsure. less than .500"

Building a street worthy 360 and wondering if an aftermarket rocker shaft assembly is better or should i just pickup a set of magnum stud mount heads?
