I had a stock glide case and replaced it with a jw case and bell housing usuing my stock tail house shaft and all the guts were from the old tranny and the trans brake to which had no issues before...the old tranny worked fine just had a small pin hole in the case from inpurities in the metal looks ...

just installed a jw case and bellhousing on my glide but left the stock tail house shaft.....my guy installed the gasket from the after market tailhouse shaft and not the stock gasket....my question is what can be affected by doing this...i tried running the car and the trans brake would not work an...

I think with a big cam that u have the pv is to big....run a vacuum gauge and see what changes u get when u rev it up and it will tell u how much pv u need.....if u have no pv in back run 6-8 bigger jets in back....the squiters size is decided by how much your car weights ....light car go bigger in ...
