Well, I was going to get to take the car on is first outing this weekend. Then disaster set in. I was using a piston stop to check to dead center and forgot to back the rocker arms off. The end result was a bent intake valve and a trip to the machine shop. So shooting for next weekend instead... Ben...

You could always do a inch stroke and a 4.5 bore. Not to discredit what super Nova said, but in that combo there is lots of room for rod, and a durable piston. But super is right, heavy car likes torque.
Is anyone going to the street fights in Wichita on the 27th? I'm going to try and make that event with my car, and start shaking it down. And I was just wondering if any of you guys were gonna try and attend.
