Re: Cheap Aluminum Manifolds

Or make a clarinet out of it if you want to be a little less violent. ;-)

Re: PLUG READING FOR A NITROUS MOTOR

I started the year with a -10 plug but had to move to -9 to see any heat in the plug. What I was seeing with the -10 didn't correspond to the timeslip. Adding timing would slow the car down but still no heat so I knew I had to move to the hotter plug. Now I can see a timing mark.

Re: PLUG READING FOR A NITROUS MOTOR

I found this year that my combo will slow down if I try to clean up every last bit of fuel off the plug. Could it be telling me that something else is not quite perfect with the tune? Timing is close but might like a degree one way or the other in certain conditions.

Re: Tabitha Sizemore Photography Quick 32 Photo Shootout--He

We both made it to the semis so I'll be hitting you guys up for more "likes" tomorrow evening. I'm up against a turbo Mustang, so lets put him in the trailer! I'll post the link when it goes live. Thanks!

Re: Cheap Aluminum Manifolds

7 stages? I don't really have a good 1st stage. They are scared to let me have some jet. LOL

Tabitha Sizemore Photography Quick 32 Photo Shootout--Help!

My friend and teammate John Warren and I are in a photo shootout. I'm in the semis already and we're trying to get him there as well. Re: Old Fuel Drums

Yes, they have a location in Bowling Green. I just take my drum and they refill it.

Re: Old Fuel Drums

Supposed to rake 3 to 5% more fuel. The more fuel you can burn, the more power.

Re: Old Fuel Drums

I'll probably start with 5 gallons to test back to back with the NOS120 Renegade. I've got half a drum left of it so I may have to use it up unless I can sell it for near retail. But I want to do the testing and see what results are. I'll let you guys know what I find.

Re: Old Fuel Drums

I'm thinking of trying their K16. I've done some reading and people say it acts the same as VP Q16 so it should be worth a little power. In a jet limited class, I need all the power I can find.

Re: Old Fuel Drums

I could do that. I usually have room in the trailer.

Re: Oil restrictors for Small Block Chevy

I had to drill mine out to .125" to keep from burning up the pushrods.

That's the fuel I've been running this year. About $10/gal here.
