Re: Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose

If parts are going to fail, I would rather the rods land on the floor instead of driving over them at 150 mph. Its basically a preliminary stress test on the engine before it goes in the car. I'm with you, Ray. I'm just stressing is all.... Standard behavior for Harry. I worry about everything and ...

Re: Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose

The motor, well lets see. The engine guru, is massaging the pistons right now. Next thing in line is to come up with the money to get the block work done, and to buy the cam and heads. I figure if I save $0.50 a week for life, it will get done sometime after I die....LOL How's your motor? Yeah, you...

Re: Sometimes you win and sometimes you loose

Wow, that looks awesome !!!! Mine has the RS body styling but the window louvers and grill and other stuff are out of whack enough that it bugs me everytime I look at it. But your setup is super clean and square. Looks really good :)

Hows motor work coming ?

Jesel and T&D Shaft Rocker Solutions

I've let things sit for awhile while I focused on work and family stuff, etc. Now I'm getting back into the swing of shop work. Not that much left to do at this point. So I went back out to the shop last week to finish up the top end stuff. I need to setup rocker geometry and check valve to piston c...

Re: Ok, so which one of you guys has experience with Holley Dominator EFI ?

Funny you mention that, because I just learned today that the new design gas valves that we are looking to use on our boilers, are basically a EFI type setup and they come with the mass air flow senor's and whatever else is needed and I said to the guy, so basically this is the same setup as a car,...

Ok, so which one of you guys has experience with Holley Dominator EFI ?

Hi guys... I need to talk with somebody who has used a Holley Dominator in an EFI/DIS setup, preferably with a roots build. I'm getting very close to dyno time and would like to fire this new setup in my shop *before* I haul it over to the dyno folks. I need to make sure the damn thing will start, b...
