Use cam motion for your cam selection. Gas port your pistons.

Just took an engine I freshened up 2 years ago and added gas ports to his combination. Gas ports where the only thing I changed on this engine and he went out and felt a difference in the seat. If you could design a block around the rod/stroke ratio would you still stay with the higher ratios? Or would you go to the shorter ratio?

Hello all, New to Drag Stuff. Would like to know peoples opinion of Gas Porting. I have a hand tool developed that you can do lateral gas porting to your pistons developed.
