I've been shortening my pedal travel by moving the piece that holds the throttle cable to its bracket.

I know they used to sell rebuild kits, it had gaskets and maybe a screen. I think there is a seal above the impeller, which might be your problem and don't know if it is replacable. I had a blue pump with the same leak, figured it was time to upgrade. Walt. p.s. cool to see your car driving :thumb:

Man I just had the same thing happen with my new motor and a friends also, Barsleak cured the leaks in both. I've heard this is a common problem when using studs even with the recommended sealer. Walt

I run 275's on 8'' wheels with a 5.5'' backspace and they fit without moving the spring, but you have to move the shocks and work the inner wheeltub a little. I took the heavy piece of steel out of the floor that the shock bolts to and used a hammer for a little more clearance. If you even think you...

I just installed a wilson 1.5'' tapered spacer on mine, but haven't tested it yet. One of my buddies got a 1.5 10ths with one, but I'm sure every improvement will vary. Those nitrous spacers always work good. Walt
