I did not cut the base out of my core support but i did trim it a bit the biggest difference is in using a light front end theres some pix here

As far as my limited experience allows me do sway bars and anti roll bars do a similar job i have read a few links on different forums and also here the only difference I see is that cars with higher horse power >500 seem to usually have anti roll bars.

I am using an MSD-6-BTM ignition
and at present i remove the dist to coil lead to turn the engine over prior to firing is there a more tech way of doing this from the seat I heard that blaster type coils can be a problem doing this if so how?

Is there a way or formula to work out the resulting spring rate when you remove a coil from a spring
ie does a 10 coil @225lbs become a 9 coil @250lbs

The guys who built my new engine told me not to use a thermostat but to use a restrictor ring in its place I trust what they are telling me
