Don't screw with a quick spin in the water, just roll thru to the other side. Hit it fairly hard and use 2nd then 3rd only. 3-4 seconds max, just under redline in high gear. They are supposed to put plastic sheeting in the box first, then fill the plastic with the expanding foam and fold it over before it quits expanding. We use this stuff all the time at work and its awesome. Looks like someone didn't know what they were doing. Probably discovered it was a way to save...
