One thing I did notice it, Krylon uses that nozzle that you can rotate the fan patter...

Yeah shook the crap out of it and it still spit and carried on.

I was going to try Rustoleum, next. I had a can of their semi flat black which I think has a harder finish then the Krylon, but always had good luck with Krylon.

Maybe that's why the cost of a can went down?

I've always used a spray can to paint my roll bar/ cage and tin work but recently, the Krylon paint I'm getting really sucks. Right now I'm using Krylon 1613, semi flat black but they changed something and now it doesn't spray even and spits a lot and I can't get a smooth finish. Has anyone else use...
