I use a TCI on a glide and it works fine . Used it for one season without any problems. Shifter is also very light weight if that is important.

I have sold #990 or #820 for $850-$1200 complete fresh w/ SSvalves,tit. retainers,triple springs or $350 to $500 needing freshened. Alot of the price depends on the if the dates are correct for someones special needs. :)

I used BB 69 camaro springs on my 72 vega. Make sure you change the ball joints to V-8 monza. (very easy to do) The lower factory vega joints broke on mine after a good launch. Lucky it was only out 30 ft not 1320 ft or the ride would have been scary!!

I also had a K&N race oil filter collapse on a bbc. Ruined a final round race with an early shut-off. Now I use only AC Delco also.

Hi, has anyone tried to run a .125 over 454 on the street (481), The block is filled to the bottom of the water pump. Will it overheat or is it just like running a 406 sbc filled ? Thanks-

The ones on my race car were used on NMCA cars and they sound like regular flows, the street car that had the complete 4" system sounded like bullets or no mufflers at all. The insides are built different.

The ends of the rods are very blue! Would that do it ?
