First, an additional comment for my last post:It's apparent that a certain amount of serendipity can occur with the two effects. The temporary loading of the right rear due to the violent lifting of the left front can be just enough to cancel the unloading of the right rear due to driveshaft torque....

Was it going left or right before making the changes? Good question. With the rear tires equally loaded, we would expect the car to go straight. But, as you very well know, cars veer to both left and right. A veering to the right would be expected from our knowledge that the driveshaft torque tends...

You can't. The height of the engine (from the track surface) never changes, so the car's center of gravity height doesn't change, so weight transfer is not affected.
