Should be holley part # 16166NOS for a NOS bottle high flow valve. This replaces the smaller 3 hole blowoff nut on the side of the valve.

The builder of my 555 BBC uses only Kings. He builds 575 BBC & Ford blower motors for pulling trucks and tractors and swears thay stand up alot better. He engines put out 2400HP to 2500HP and run wide open for about 30 seconds pulling 20,000lbs so I figured he must know what is better.

My offer of the T-shirt sale still stands !! I never thought of going to MIR to the PINKS race and I could wear my new badassnova shirt and cheer on my fellow PA racer. Maybe SF works for pinks and figures that if he pisses everybody off or constantly talk about PINKS on this site they will go to th...

What size engine are you running? You might just have a bad plug. I had a friend with a 406 sbc that burned a head gasket between #5 & 7 cyl. that acted that same way. It burned the tip off the #5 plug and the ex.pipe was glowing from being so lean but he still ran 11.90 at 115mph. Do a comp. te...

Maybe S. F. needs burped. His whack it symbol offends my wife way more than a T shirt ad. I would buy a nova T shirt if that helps a member go to PINKS and I race camaros !!! By the way S. F. how much is the fema card (tongue in cheek of course LOL!! ) I think John does an outstanding job and...

If you are going to paint it make sure you leave it in the sun for a week so it can dry/warp. I have known guys to get fiberglass and paint it before it goes outside. Looks great at first - a week later it will look like a monkey did the body and paint  work.

bowtie blocks use the gen 4 style oil pan & timing cover. 502 gen 6 uses its own pan and timing cover similer to a old style small block chevy. If you need to buy all the stuff new the prices are not much different, if you already have the gen 4 style then I would go with the bowtie block. The c...
