QA1 Proma Star R series coil overs.

I bought a pair of these for the front of my car. They have 32 adjustment settings in them. any idea where the heck i should start?? :lol:
C&S carbureted 388 SBC, PT106, TH400, e85

lol. i'm trying, but i figured i'd see if anyone knew where i should start on the adjustment, or just start in the middle that way i don't have to click the knob 16 times on my back. :lol:
