Spindle mount wheels on stock front end door car

#1 Post by soslojoe1970 » Wed Sep 15, 2010 6:26 am

There is a chassis shop by me that takes the stock front spindles and machines it to accept the spindle mount wheels. Anyone done this how much weight have you lost?? cost?? Also isn't rotating weight worth more then just the actual weight.

You may lose 3-4 lbs per side on the change over - wheels and all. Rotating weight is more important yes. But actual rotating weight will not be the whole 3-4 lbs in this case.

Thanks,
