From what I read, I'd say no, unless your running a 17" rim. They claim that if you use a 17" rim you can go as wide as 12" BUT if your rim is 15"-16", they say the maximum width is 10".
I say your best bet is to give DSE a call and tell them what your wheel/ tire combo is.

Those who think they know it all have no way of finding out they don't.........

I have a 71 Nova with the DSE tubs (very similiar to first gen Camaro). I would agree with the above. I have 17x11's with a 315/35/17 on it now. Clearance is good. I also have had a 15x10 with a 325/50/15 MT drag radial on it. The 15's were much tighter due to the tire bulge.

Let me tell you what I did.
I looked at the DES tubs and decided to buy the Autoweld Chassis mini tubs in instead. They're cheaper and you can make the wheel wells as wide as you want. It's the same amount of work either way you go but the Autoweld Chassis tubs are almost $300.00 cheaper.

IMO, you can save money and make it as wide as you want.

X2 on what Chris said, and assuming you use the full tub vs just a mini tub (retaining the outer section) you'll pick up some more tire clearance as well.
Another note - get the steel tubs too. There are different cage requirements if at some point you want to go 25.3 as compared to the Aluminum tubs. Something to keep in mind.
