I ran across some cleaner that works GREAT for removing the black streaks on trailers and the good news is it's cheap. I found it at the Dollar Store, it's called "Awesome" cleaner, and it is only a buck. A large refill container is only 3 bucks.

I wonder how it works on vinyl siding??

Seemed to work ok on the small section that I messed with. I'm going to try it soon on my North side of the house soon, it needs cleaned.
