Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Here is a crude diagram of how to hook up the nitrous/transbrake module. Keep in mind this is just basic, so if you have any questions just ask. Thanks, Dave

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
I ordered mine the other day from Dave, I won't get it until the 29th because of the Holidays but that's okay, I'm just hoping that leaving off the brake with the Nitrous I don't start having traction issues now.
Re: Relay board and couple of other items
hey dave is the wot switch a 12volt input or ground input like the trans brake button
thanks

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
I replied to you on yellowbullet too but I'll post it here too for others that might be wondering the same thing. In a nutshell the nitrous side gets grounded to activate it (made it that way so you could use window switches with it) and the transbrake side gets +12V to activate it. Hope that helps.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
For the 10 relay board, am I reading that correctly that it has LEDS on there that tell you if it is functioning correctly?

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Yes it has leds on the inputs (tells you if your switch is working) and outputs (lets you know the fuse and relay are working). Yes, with the right timer you could delay the activation of the nitrous on the nitrous/transbrake board.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Yes, i shipped it yesterday, but the post office was actually closed and I just happened to catch somebody coming out side to empty one of the mailboxes so I don't know if it will actually leave there yesterday or not.
Re: Relay board and couple of other items
On the relay board, any chance of revising it to allow for NC and NO operation for each relay? How about one 70 amp relay for nitrous so that all can be on one board?
Nice stuff!

I've got some ideas along those lines, but it will be a while just because of time and money constraints.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Got mine too looks real nice! I have a question though, I have mine wired currently with the RPM Switch turning the Nitrous on by supplying the ground through the RPM Switch and I also have the TransBrake wired up through the 2 Step switch, how is this going to work as far as running my wiring? I would still like to be able to change my launch RPM with the 2 Step/ Not sure if I'm making this harder than it really is or if I'm just not getting the picture.

Re: Relay board and couple of other items
Well, the nitrous side isn't an issue. I purposely made it so you ground the nitrous side so it will work with window switches. Just make sure the window switch is the last thing in series with the nitrous activation line. The drawing shows it this way. As far as the transbrake, I'm assuming you have it wired so that when you hit the transbrake button it turns on the 2 step? If so and your 2 step takes 12Volts to activate it (like most I know of) then all you have to do is connect the 2 step wire to the transbrake stud on the unit. This would be the same wire that that you use to power the transbrake solenoid. This way when you turn on the t-brake it will activate the 2-step and when it's not on the winding in the solenoid will pull the line to ground and keep it there to prevent false triggering of the 2-step. Hope that helps you.

Yep that clears it up! Thanks!
