You should have saved them and sent them back, put it all in a big sealed bag.

Marty, I race Outlaw 8.5 in Kentucky and Tennessee. We like to call it the freak show since the fans think we're all crazy for running mid-5s on 26x8.5" slicks 8-)

Its a 434 small block nitrous motor. I've run as quick as 5.66 and as fast as 124.9. Best 60' on the 8.5s is 1.29. 4-5 years ago I would have never dreamed that I'd be more concerned with controlling wheelies instead of hooking up.

Thanks!

those are very respectable numbers !! If you ever want to run in our neck of the woods , throw some drag radials on it and you would be at the top of the pack in our drag radial class. which by the way M/T sponsors our shoot outs and gives the winner of each class a free set of tires

I'm surprised that I would be competitive in a drag radial class. I'm used to those guys running some crazy fast numbers.

I think the car can be a good bit faster with more work, but for a stock suspension, leaf spring car, its not bad I guess.

The car is 3250 with me in it. Or it was for the past few years. This year, it'll be 3200 since I'm running Outlaw 8.5 in a different series.

Thanks.

Where in KY are you? I don't recall seeing your car at any of the tracks I race at (Ohio Valley, London, Beech Bend on occasion).

our drag radial rules are bb 1 n2o kit , sb multi stage , turbo 88mm , blowers F1r or F2 with inlet reducer. and stock suspension. My car is 3450 lbs but not legal for my drag radial class because i have ladder bars, so i race up a class in true 10.5 . and we are in Springfield, Mo not KY so if you ever have the chance to come to missouri bring your car and race with us. I wasn't very clear with my reply about being in KY. I was wondering where Silvanova races at. I noticed his location is listed as KY.

That's cool that you and your dad bought Ozark. I raced there in '07 when we had the Nova Listerv Gathering in Springfield. Nice track. Not sure I'll make it back any time soon, but it would be really great to meet up with some of you guys at an Ozark heads-up race.

I don't get out your way much. I guess that explains why we haven't met before.

You might really like Outlaw 8.5. If you get a chance to come to Louisville on a third Saturday, come race with us.
