What information is needed on choosing a converter?

EVERYTHING including but not limited to: hp,torque,engine size,cam specs,full race weight,tire size,gear ratio,trans type,carb size,type of racing you do,trans brake or footbrake,suspension type , etc, etc, you get the idea.

N/A , nitrous , turbo or blower
cubic inch
bore
stroke
heads with flow numbers is possible
intake
cam
compression ratio
efi/carb
rpm @ shift
rpm @ finish
weight with driver
gear ratio
tire size
midplate thickness
transmission
trans brake?
input shaft spline
suspension, stock,ladder bar, 4-link, back half, tube chassis
this will get us started and then we will have some more questions once we have the above info
