I had good luck with Unlimited, but then again, the cowl hood on my Camaro was bought back in the 80's.
I also heard there is a line at the BBB for complaints against them.

I recently heard bad talk about Harwood and their quality went somewhere other then into their products.

I'm hoping to hear good news from the place John ordered his deck lid from. John, did it show up yet?

VFN and Glastek seem to be the place to go.

Nope, not here yet. He shipped it last week, so I'm hoping it'll show up here soon.

Sorta made me wonder if maybe some companies in the states save their factory seconds for export.

Not Unlimited they keep their factory seconds( which are their best quality) for employees and send the really bad stuff to its customers wherever we live

US Body source is a lot worse than Unlimited, at least Unlimited will send you something. When I had my speed shop we sold their products ( or at least tried to) they would make you pay in full then wait 4-6 weeks than tell you it will be another 4-6 weeks over and over. This went on for almost a YEAR on two separate sales, finally they told us that the parts we wanted were discontinued and they would refund the money. In one of those cases went ahead and got a trunk lid and bumpers from Unlimited for our customer (who owned a body shop ) after a lot of prep he still couldnt get the stuff to fit or look good.
Ive sold and have stuff from VFN its nice quality if I need to get more parts I would definitly buy from them again.

Deck Lid finally showed up today, some dumbass at Yellow Freight ran over it with a forklift so I had to refuse the shipment. Haven't talked to Advantage yet. Crap...

Sorry man....that sucks and I was just getting ready to check with you and see if you got it yet.

A deck lid needs to be shipped by truck, UPS can't handle that size?

Gee is my front bumper going to come by truck as well  hope not?

Well good thing is, when you order a new one, pay the extra amount and get a
black gel coat.

Yeah, Advantage will have to turn in a claim for the damage.

I really don't see why the deck lid can't be delivered via UPS, they aren't really that big.
