Street/Strip I'd go with 2"x3" headers. I'm running a 505 in my Chevelle, which is street legal as well. I'm using Hedman 2"x3" headers. Its run a best of 10.40@125 to date.

On my 505 I ran 2 1/4" x 4" Lemon's. Great clearance from all stock steering components, spark plugs easy to get to, etc. Everyone I know that has used Lemon's have been very happy with them. It ran 9.90's on the motor with a 3:50 gear and tight converter.

BTW: If you're looking for some great headers they are for sale and will fit your car. I'm picking them up this weekend from getting a fresh ceramic coating then putting them up for sale.

John,

I think I remember reading that those headers work with stock exhaust port location. I have Dart 325s which have raised and/or rolled I believe so I have wondered if the Lemon headers would work with that?

Thanks,
John

They should, I had them on a 10.2 deck with Pro Filer heads (raised port).

Don't want to sound like a dummy, but do ProFilers have anything to do with RHS or ProTopline?

Not that I'm aware of - they cast some parts for NX and work closely with Reher Morrison but I think that's about it.
