Had this problem on my brothers front engine dragster. It would blow coolant out the exhaust, but once it was warm it would stop. The block was cracked around one of the headbolts. :x

I hope not. $2,200 block only 2 years old with about 50 passes...that would suck.

You read my mind Rob. I am going to change the oil, do that, and was thinking about checking to make sure all the head bolts are torqued right and then see what happens.

A while back I was having issues starting the car and I was also losing coolent, oil looked great though.
It was blown head gaskets   I removed the heads and the gaskets were pushed way out of shape and leaking between every cylinder, #7 and #8 also had water in them(explains why it was hard to start). We found what caused it a boost line not working properly so no timing was being pulled out. The intake gaskets also were blown out in two areas.

Sorry about the rambling. Just venting

Here is my point my oil also looked great on the dip stick, why I don't know but it did, maybe because we shut it down at the first sign of trouble.

So please check and re-check.

I removed and totally tore the engine apart and then re-built it, but thats just me. Due to the water I wanted to check the bearings and rods.
Gotta plan, spend it before she can, and go as fast as you can.

Did you run a leak down? That is what makes no sense, only 3-5% on all cylinders. Going to change oil tomorrow night and see what I got. Also plan on running a coolant pressure test and see if I am getting water in the cylinders. If I am I guess I am going to start pulling stuff down once again.

Ok now I am 95% positive it is the intake gasket. After inspecting the oil in the heads just a few mintues ago, with a good light, I can see a slight green tint. I have had thr radiator pressure tester on 15psi for 30 minutes and it has not moved. I am going to let it run in a few minutes to build some heat and then drain the oil and see what we got but now I am pretty sure I got it.
