Yes, I'd like to know what they sound like as well...
I currently run a 2 chamber flowmaster 40 series on my nova with dump outs right in front of the rearend and I'm thinking of running either these Flowmaster Outlaws or the Dynamax Bullets or Borla Sportsman's...
All are similar type of mufflers but not alot of peeps run them on the street so i'm a little worried.... :)
later all,
Scott

I ran them on a 69 camaro with 4 inch exhaust out the back. You can set off car alarms in parking lots, knock things off the shelf in a garage and get the cops to tell you to leave the state, but to me thay sound great. Just very-very-very loud outside of the car. Not bad inside with full interior. LOL

My bullets are pretty loud already, so I guess that isn't much difference but I'm curious if they sound like say a loud two chamber flowmaster or more like bullets? I did read on flowmasters site that the 4" ones weight 7 lbs ea if I remember correctly. I believe that's a little heavier than the bullets but not certain.

i have a 4 inch outlaw and a 4 inch onechamber, not sure which im going to use on my new car yet, will decide when i get it closer to completion and what fits the best. i can stick my arm right thru the outlaw muffs though, dont see how they could possibly muffle anything at all really as there is just 3 rings inside it.

Any of you guys heard a set of the 5" diameter 3" inlet/outlet DynaMax Bullets by any chance? I picked up a set that are 3.5" inlet/outlet but I can get 3.5" - 3" reducers to put them on my system.
I'd run 3.5" exhaust but I don't know anyone here that can bend 3.5" pipe. And the 3" I got under there is just damn pretty
let me know what you guys think...

i have run the dynomax bullets before, didnt like how they sounded so went to a one chamber flowmaster. for my exhaust all i did was get spme bends from napa and had the exhaust come out the side on front o fthe rear tire, to difficult and not enough room really to run it all the way out the back.

Hi guys, this thread may be old, but, im about to order the flowmaster outlaws for my 466ci street/strip mustang. Are these mufflers just loud or do they also have some tone to them. Im running LT headers, 3" pipes, H pipe, back to one chamber flows dumped before the rearend, i want something louder (that H pipe really quiets it down) but it still has to have tone to it.
Thx.
Thx.

Those outlaw mufflers are pretty loud, louder than the bullets. Almost as loud as open headers loud.

I recently got to hear a set of the Borla Sportsmans (they are the oval straight through design) on a 434 stroker in a Monte that also had big tube headers and 3" system just like my nova. The sound good, and he's got a 14:1 motor so it really rock and rolls.
I still have yet to hear a set of the Dynamax Bullets or Flowmaster Outlaws....
