anybody got any thoughts about 4 speed auto for drag racing. I talking about 2400 lbs small block, full body to run 8.90's

If you REALLY want to run an OD trans, call the folks @ Bowties Overdrives (www.700r4.com) & get them to build you one. they REALLY know thier stuff & took GREAT care of me with my 700R4. & they are simply over the hill in Hisperia (sp?), from where you are @.

Be prepared to spend some bucks though, that kind of HP, is gonna take some mods. I think you will find that the 200R4 is the bee's Knees for what you want to do.

I have not used these guys, but I know 2 guys that have, they are supposed to be GREAT @ building the 200R4. http://www.ptsxtreme.com/
