nitrous question

i have 3400# camaro with a 468cu bbc that runs mid 9's natural
aspirated. my question is for you nitrous guru's. i am wanting to
to pick up atleast 5 tenths and am wondering what size system
to look at. i also am running a belt drive dsr pump.... will i need
to hook electric pump up also. i have a mallory 250 or mallory
110 on the shelf. if you guys need any other info let me know.
