Cold Fusion Nitrous

#1 Post by camaroman9 » Sat Aug 02, 2008 8:59 am

Anyone on here ever use one of their kits? They are pretty fair on their pricing, but i was wanting to get some reviews/opinions on them before i decide what to do.

My son runs a Cold Fusion Crossbar plate and it works real well. Lots of holes in the bars for good distribution. Prock puts some different twists on how to set them up but the ideal setup might be somewhere Procks tune and the one from C.F. itself. They need a progressive controller to be real effective. A fogger hits softer and is a little more user friendly with the same controller. Picking the "right car" is the first thing anyone looking to run up front should concentrate on.

well, my car is a 67 Camaro, weighing in at 3240 w/ driver. 388 SBC with dart pro 1 215's, custom ground roller, with a vic jr intake. The car doesn't have a cage YET, but will soon. QA1 R Series coil overs up front, CE subframe connectors, and calvert split monos with cal trac bars. The car is in the process of getting a 9 inch right now, but as soon as it moves, i'm going to order some spray for it. btw, it ran 11.08@119 at KCIR with a 1.46 60 ft.

I use a Cold Fusion fogger for my first stage. I've had really good luck with it. I would not be afraid to buy another one. I will say that we added a Nitrous Supply fogger for the second stage and are using the same Nitrous supply solenoids for the third stage spray bars....

i also use a cold fusion fogger and have had very good luck with it...my car on motor would run 8.80's and with a 300 shot on a very conservative tune up it runs 8.20's at 165 mph...

well, ill probably be doing a single stage plate setup. time and budget wont allow for a fogger at this point in time. also due to the fact that itll probably get a 250 shot tops. or whatever it takes to go 9.50's on 93 octane
