Sorry I haven't done many updates lately, but the cars been at the body shop getting a fresh coat of paint for the summer, and a new 2" steel cowl hood. This is pretty much the final product, minus the purge line that i forgot to add for the pic. With the air cleaner on most of the system is out of sight.

I'll post some pics of the paint job when I get it back in 2 weeks!

After a summer of waiting to get my car back from paint, I finally got to test out the system. I only got the equivalent to 100 shot tune in the plate. The track is already closed up here, so i went out to an old stretch of hiway to test it out. Needless to say the extra power was pretty usless, the road temp was only aroun 3*C, and my lil e.t streets couldn't stop spinning if i punched it under 100km/h. In 3rd gear it pulled to 6200rpm in about 1/2 the time it does n/a. I'm pretty happy with the performance and the distribution looks to be bang on by the look of all the plugs. Over the winter i'll be sending the heads to advanced engine airflow for some work, installing a custom solid roller nitrous grind cam from Camshaft Innovations, as well as getting my progessive controller wired up so its a bit easier on the tires when I up the tune to 250+HP next year. Thanks John Heard for the good tune. I ran 6psi flowing, Deffinatly can see the fuel ring. Not black, but deffinatly a bit fat, no specs of any kind in the ceramic, timing mark just on the start of the bend. I was running NGK fr5's since i couldn't find a set of colder ngk's locally. So i pulled 6* from 31* total.

Good news - at least you got to do a little road test with the car before the nasty weather hit!!

Man, thats a pretty ride !!! It seems to be an odd model though, looking at the grill, and you seem to have alien license plates !!!!

You bet 1967 Pontiac Acadian Canso... Different front grill w/ signals in it. And reverse lights in the rear bumper instead of tails

A lil update on my project. I'm currently waiting for my new 421"sbc to be finnished up. Should be dyno'ing in the next few weeks. Its built with a dart lil m block, Scat steel crank and h-beam rods. Custom Diamond pistons with coated tops and lateral gas ports. Pro-filer heads done by Chad Speier, and topped off with my wilson ported victor and Highpower Systems nitrous kit. While waiting for the motor i got some wiring finished up for the line lock, 2 step, transbrake, and nitrous. Here's some pics.
