My motor is almost 15 to 1, probaly a little less, and I spray a 32 jet on it. Supposedly around 300 hp. I see engines all the time at 15 to 1 with alot on them. With high cr your nitrous tune up is less forgiving though.

agreed with post, when i had my 572 built, my builder said he was working on a 632 with 15:1 compression to be set up with a 400 shot of nitrous in the works for a customer....

More than you think it needs...~ 24-26* or so. Keep it lean and work your way into the heat adding timing till you get the mark on the plug looking good.

I have a 632ci with two stages. 14.5:1 compression. Initial timing 32*. First stage is a 400hp shot and I pull 11*. Second stage is 300 hp in at .4 secs and I pull another 5* leaving 16* total.
