nitrous converter help

I am think of going from a tci street fighter 3200-3400 to a 36-3800 super street. Do you think it would help or hurt? I have a 355 with 195 heads and a hugro flat cam 110 284/292 480/494 and 228/232. 27" tall tire and 3.70 with th350 car is 3400 and shift at 6200. car runs 8.1 1/8 on motor 1.9 60 and a 7.35 1.67 60 wiyh 125 shot going to a 150.
My car is not as fast as I think it is.
