transbrake wiring and relays?????

#1 Post by mikeT » Tue Mar 11, 2008 7:44 pm

Im getting ready to wire my protree transbrake and elect shift solenoid and wonder if you guys are wiring them with relays???The switches are steering wheel mounted with ratings of 14 amps. The wires coming out of the solenoids arent very large maybe 14 gauge? So, Im thinking I can just fuse the circuits and wire them with the same gauge wire without using relays???

no relay on the trans brake... to inconstant but ok for the shifter even if it releases late it would be constant and usualy pulls more power.
make a plan and stick to it !!
