how to get fire to a distributorless ignition

I have a v6 Chrysler engine that uses crank fired ignition with 1 coil per cylinder,and fuel injection. I have the donor cars complete wiring harness. the computer box got crunched so I will have to buy another one. Who can help sort out the wiring for the spark and fuel controls? I am from the days of points and even electronic ignition so this is way out of my knowledge bank.
