Excellent! I am taking it out today for its maiden break in of the gears, will just be cruising, no loads at all, so i hope to feel no vibrations!

What kind of improvements Do U think I will see in my 60's over the 3.42 gears? I am hoping to see .2-.4 at least with the 3.89 gears. I do still have the low gear set in trans too, so It will be like leaving with 4.30's!.. When i ran this setup last year different rear ,but with smaller 26 "slicks it went 1.65, but it was like a 4.10 gear, then i went to taller tire and it changed my overall first gear considerably and it went 1.63, but slipped more on top than the 26", that is why i went with the 3.89 gear to tighten up convertor and to match and improve on what i had with smaller slicks. I guess well see in april and beyond!

.2-.4 improvement in the 60' is a lot to pick up. You might see .05 or you might see nothing. But I think the deeper gears are a step in the right direction.

Well Got the rear all done and everything setup ,and now I am starting to break in the gears, A few questions, are the full spools with 3.89 gears going to be noisy going down the highway at 65? Never had one so I don't know? Right around 3000 it seems to whine pretty good? I do have the bottom portion of the back seat out yet, maybe enhances the sound? Seems to be quiet down low etc. I am suppose to take it easy for 200 miles so it was just 70 miles on the highway today. the guy that built the rear also setup the third member set backlash at .010, the gearset has excel on the ring gear? But everything felt good no vibrations etc!

Well drove it to work, it sounds quieter just after some initial run in, well continue to drive it easy til i get 200 miles on it
