Rim Screws are too heavy for Mr. Peters lol...

Hey Mike, did you have any luck getting an air compressor for Christmas?

Pam would say, well Mike, I love you and all, but I think because Bruce makes a kickass meatloaf, we should spend the money and buy him a driveshaft instead... :smt005 Besides, your a wannabe, headups racer with no wally to show.....
(Remember this is the Ed posting and it just felt proper to add that stuff)

I knew I always like her for some reason... :thumb:

Thanks Pam....

Hey buddy....hey how was your Christmas?

No air compressor for me. I must have been bad.....

I did get a Norelco shaver. Wonder how much weight I'd lose if I shaved my head?

Christmas was good and the time away from work is always enjoyed. I got a few things checked off the car's "to-do" list. Built my 7531 mount and another one for the relay panel and you know I had to pimp them out the best I could. :smt029 Now I'm fabbing and tweaking on the crank trigger sensor mount trying to make it fit. Seems the steering rack decided it wanted to occupy that space and not be neighborly.

Hope yours was good. I told Santa to bring you a shiny new driveshaft but, I also asked for one of those new-fangled super lightweight lithium 16V batteries and that didn't happen either. :smt102

Well since we are meeting at Mikes place for dinner, you guys got room for another wichita local?
Hey mike, did you ever get the chance to check out The Hotrod Underground shop? My car is going in in about a week to get fitted with some new gear. You'll have to be sure to go check it out.

I actually think if all three of us (Harry, Hitch and myself) showed up at Mike's front door and he took us out to eat, I think his face would end up looking like his helmet when it came time to pay the bill... :smt005

Then if John showed up, well, you might as well kiss that battery goodbye.

Haven't got by there yet. I'd like to no doubt but, any spare time I've had lately has been in my little garage trying to fullfill my personal commitment to getting that ol' primered rustbucket of mine out on the track this year and preferably the FIRST of the season. John and others have been chewin' my hiney calling me a lollygagger and a procrastinator for not being out there already. Little do they know I have far exceeded my mental capacity  in this car-building endeavour.

Hey Harry, I certainly wasn't offended by your wit and humor......just hadn't had time to respond. Hopefully, that's one thing she won't withhold from me. banghead:

I'll buy y'all steaks if y'all chip in and buy me the 16V lithium battery. Deal?

Mike, my day would be boring without you buddy...

Oh by the way, I was told you were not going to be getting the super lite-weight battery for valentines day, your just suppose to go out and grind more material out of all those bolts you reworked.....and remove every other rim screw.

Wait, how did it go from ban or no ban to supler lite-weight batteries

Oh well, as long as we're all still having fun?

Yeah well - sometimes what was so funny when you're sleep deprived isn't quite so funny (or appropriate) in the light of day after a few Z's...
