Looking for information on rules regarding Procharger F-2R

Anyone run any organizations that have addressed the the new F-2R???

MAKO Real Street allows a standard F-2 to run with an inlet reducer but the new F-2R is a Standard F-3 with a reducer already built into it. I need some help figuring out what to do to with the new blower, if you have seen any talk about it or rules regarding it and can post a link it would be greatly appreciated.
