What shocks should i use??????????????????????

I haven't bought shocks yet. Since all of you guys have been hitting the track for some time, what shocks work for you? The front shocks for my Nova are stud mount on top and 2 bolts for bottom(stock mounting still). The rear has to be eyelet mount on top and bottom. Also how do i measure extended length, sitting length, extra. I don't want to order the wrong shocks. As usual any help is much appreciated.
