160 wide x 120 tall sound OK? That's the file size I've been using on other boards. The file is just under 9 Kb.

You mean an avatar Roger? Send me an email with the photo you want to use and I'll make you one. It has to be 160x120 pixels or smaller so one of your pictures will have to be resized.

If you already have one, click on the "profile" link at the top of the page and towards the bottom of that form you can upload or link to your avatar.
