A little Wednesday Night Bracket Race Action and DA Question

#1 Post by hugger73hatch » Wed Jul 01, 2009 9:40 pm

So I went out tonight for a little Wednesday night bracket action. It was pretty hot and humid out here in VA. Most of the tracks in our area are pretty close to sea level. I was just wondering what kind of change in ET/MPH most people see in better air. I made some changes to the car and I am trying to compare to the last time out when the air was better. Tonight the DA was around 2200-2400 according to Drag Times website. Last time out it was about 800-900. ET was about the same give or take a couple of hundredths.

According to drag times web site it looks like in better air probably about .2-.25 improvement, is that what most of you find.? Just trying to see if I am going in the right direction here.
