Dont do this!!!

#1 Post by sc racing » Wed Dec 22, 2010 9:42 am

Yesterday I was making some shock brackets and was grinding a piece of flat stock on the belt sander ( which I use all the time) I guess I pushed too hard or something and it grabbed the piece pulling my hand in I ground the side of my finder flat and half of my fingernail all the way off. It doesnt feel very good  while that was all taking place the piece flew out and hit me in the face. So be carefull when working on your stuff.Merry Christmas to me stupid:

Ouch...sorry to hear of the injury.

Its a good reminder that we all can work safer.

My best work seems to be done when I'm bleeding. The car sure seems to run faster when I bleed on it!

Hope you get to feeling better. Put some peroxide or iodine on it and it will be ok.

Hope you have a great holiday season.

I wonder if Windex would have worked on my second wife ? At one point I considered bug spray.

Come to think of it, spending time with her was just like running your hand through a grinder.
