Don - you know Buddy Farmer... He told me that happened to him in his Camaro he had many years ago at MoKan. Quick Release came loose mid wheelie. He said there's no friggin way you can get it back on there, so he grabbed ahold of the shaft and did his best to steer it. He got lucky and got it shut down.

I have heard of this happening many times.
Normaly the front wheels wobbling or brushing the wall.
This guy ran a 6.87 @ 203.
