That's the same push button I use for the starter "bump" switches on the firewall.

here is my steering wheel set up the one on the left is my trans brake the one on the right is my nitrous safety switch which can also be used as a nitrous activation switch. the nitrous switch uses a coil cord the trans brake switch goes through the colume.the nitrous coil cord at the switch end i use a weather pack connector to make it easy to remove from the wheel and the other end i put a high end guitar amp plug the male end and in the dash i put the female end for easy plug in so steering is easy with out the cord wrapping around the steering colume.

I know a1elec mentioned that he has his line lock button on the wheel, but how do you guys feel about that, good or bad idea?

I personally would like to mount mine there and I have a stock steering column, no quick release, so would I need a stretch type cord?
Those who think they know it all have no way of finding out they don't.........

just a little note i noticed alot of people have a switch for there trans brake so they can back up you know if your shifter has the micro switch for back up lights you can just hook up your trans brake to activate when you put the shifter in reverse using that micro switch just a simple thought
