We have a yellow camero with white ghost strips on it and it's the uglyest thing you've ever seen, trust me.... :smt003 :smt003 :smt003

There must be something wrong with your car. I have not yet seen one burnout pic of it! It looks awesome, but are you sure you dont want a big ass scoop on it?

Give me some time, I'll make sure there is at least one burnout picture, but if you wanted me too, I could use a fog machine to make it look like it's doing a burnout!

As for the hoodscoop, I'm not sure my car is big enough :smt102

WOW! Everything looks nice. I wouldn't put any stripes on that thing. I would leave it just like it is, it looks great!
Now do what Hitch said and get some burnout pics, light that baby up!!!!!!!

Here is a first, Chris and I finally agreed on something.....no stripes!

I have been thinking the exact same thing and even Nelson said the same thing. I think with the black top and all the exterior trim on it, it might look just right. But time will tell, I have till the spring to make up my mind.

And speaking of Nelson, I got to give him credit for the paint job, it turned out very nice and
as he says, it will even look better in the end. He said his car is fast (8.72 @ 157mph in the 1/4) but my car will turn heads.

Anyhoot, he did a great job prepping it and applying the paint :thumb:

Yes he did! I can only hope when you guy's come down and help paint mine it looks that good!!!!!
IMO the stripes with the black top is too much! We have some cars around here with both and that look really busy. You can over do it. But that's my opinion. :thumb:

There is still hope for you yet :smt005

But a burn out will get dirty water box stains, and hot rubber chunks stuck into the paint...
What do you guys use to clean off burn out goo?

I don't do burnouts for that reason :smt005

I have heard of people using cooking spray.

Masking tape over that area. Just Peel it off and don't worry about having the tires stuck to it. Mire than a few guys in Wichita do that.
