Funny Story

#1 Post by Hitchcock » Fri Nov 04, 2011 4:18 pm

So our good buddy Kevin Kahl (aka Tigwelder) of the hot rod underground was lucky enough to go the the SEMA show in Las Vegas this year. As he is riding the elevator sporting his HOT ROD UNDERGROUND t shirt a man behind him who he had never seen him before said his name out loud. So Kevin confused as ever turns and looks at him and just says "yeah". Only to have this stranger look at him and ask if he had got that Corvette done yet. Gotta love Dragstuff!

Thanks Pegasus!! :thumb: :smt003 :smt003

He water jets some cool roll bar stamps and welds them on the door bar of his cars. Perty slick...

And by the way, I was talking about some Drag Stuff stickers...

funny to admit to it eh! that was a crazy deal, had miss my floor to talk to that cat. very cool indeed. I do have t shirts by the way , I sell them for $15. plus shipping, never had to ship them before. very nice to have u guys wanting them. Also breaking news, I was at sema to secure sponsorship for my new race car season. It worked, So look for the new "LONGEVITY" welders/plasma cutters/Hot Rod Underground tube chassis mustang , will be out in march. also Racing Junk will be giving away a new Tig Welder/plasma outfit. they will feature the machine on their website. so email and rj and Longevity to stir up the intrest. there will b videos on fabing the mustang and other tube chassis builds at The Hot Rod Underground. thx Hitch for posting px of the vette. kevin "Tigwelder" 316 213 7636

I spent alot of time in the AFCO booth. I use thier shocks.
They had a new Mustang with the body changed to a 69 Mustang.
