Central kansas weather

This is the first time since I was a kid that I am nervous about the weather we are projected to have.

Yeah might get nasty this evening. So far been pretty calm over here in the east part of the state. There's a nasty one coming up out of OK towards South Wichita now.

They just issued a tornado warning for us now. Sirens blowing everywhere And its supposed to be a large tornado, and they announced it was gonna hit the center area of the metro.
Aill update you guys later or asap, but we are about to go to the basement. Laters...

Tornado on the ground heading into Wichita, not a good deal. Hope all will be safe this evening.

Looks like it's going to pass North 20 miles or so of us as long as it doesn't change course.

Mike lives right in the path it took east of the Air base

Luckily it passed north of us, nothing but rain here last night. I'm going to call Peters later this morning to see how he faired.
