Glad to see you got her running again, sounds good. When is the first pass?
I am not really sure what the question is, but I am pretty sure the answer is Big Block.

Could be anytime between October and April. Though that wide of a range is not typical. Hell, last winter it barely got below freezing, but the one before it got down to 0 several times.

Side windows are in, going to attempt to get the back window done tonight...

It was fun trying to adapt 73-74 Window Fuzzies to the 71. The front wasn't a problem, but the qtr window piece took quite a while to get the bend correct in it.

Hey John,

Aren't your windows Lexan?

Did you buy a kit or sheets? If sheets, how hard was it to make and form them?

Yeah, all the windows are lexan. The sides and rear are made from a 4x8 sheet 3/16 thick, the front is a formed Pro-Glass Megabuck one that I'm quite nervous about "not" screwing it up.

One tip I learned - Inspect the sheet very closely before accepting it at the plastic supply, mine has a few scratches I didn't notice that I'll have to live with for a while.

Got the rear one in last night, just have to put the trim back on and it's done. I used 3/8" thick Butyl tape and it looks like that is going to work out ok, wasn't too sure if it would work out height wise or not.

Did you just use a jig saw to cut the shape and maybe it's the picture but is it tinted?

Looks real good.

Yes, Jig saw with metal cutting blade worked awesome. Used a file in a few places to round edges, etc, and yes it's what they call Grey Smoke Tint. Now I'm wishing I had all new trim to put on the car - but ouch, that stuff is $$$.
